Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Executive to join the Dubai team of Top Forex Broker, a leading global CFD and Forex broker. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a world-class trading experience while resolving technical and account-related inquiries.
Mandatory Requirements
- Total Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Customer Support role
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience within a Forex/CFD Brokerage
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time from the Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Handle high-volume inquiries via live chat, email, and phone regarding account opening, funding, and withdrawals.
- Platform Support: troubleshoot technical issues related to trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, Iress) and client portals
- Onboarding & KYC: Assist clients with the verification process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, liaising with Compliance and Dealing desks to resolve disputes efficiently
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in the company CRM.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep understanding of Forex/CFD terminologies (Spreads, Leverage, Margin, Swaps)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional languages are a plus).
