Position Title: Fast-Track Support Specialist

Location: On-site (Dubai, UAE)

Role Overview:

Support / FastTrack Specialist responsible for monitoring and resolving payment and traderelated issues, ensuring that pending orders are addressed swiftly. You'll coordinate with backend payment, technical, and liquidityprovider teams to expedite case resolution. Acting as a central liaison, you'll support crossdepartment communication and operational efficiency. This role ensures smooth execution of financial operations and supports overall business stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Fast-Track Payment Handling

  • Follow up and resolve payment orders pending for more than 48 hours, ensuring timely feedback and issue closure.
  • Coordinate closely with the backend payment team to expedite unresolved cases.

Trade Issue Handling

  • Follow up on trade-related issues pending for more than 48 hours, including abnormal orders, system delays, or execution discrepancies.
  • Communicate with backend technical teams and liquidity providers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Act as a dedicated fast-track specialist, maintaining smooth communication with backend teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Provide timely updates to the supervisor on case status, potential risks, and action plans.

Task & Project Support

  • Complete ad hoc tasks and assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Assist in daily operations to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; finance, economics, or related majors preferred.
  • Experience in payment processing, trade support, backend operations, or customer service preferred (experience in financial or CFD industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, and execution capability.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Chinese & English Speaker
