Oversee the operation and management of employee accommodation facilities, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety, quality, and municipal requirements.
Ensure employee housing complies with all relevant government regulations and requirements (Civil Defence, Municipality, Ministry of Human Resources).
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Manage housing contracts and coordinate with landlords and vendors, while establishing and implementing housing policies and internal accommodation regulations.
Monitor cleanliness and service standards within employee housing, address employee accommodation complaints, continuously improve service quality, and prepare periodic reports on housing conditions, costs, and operational needs.
Oversee and manage daily employee transportation services.
Develop route plans and transportation schedules to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization, while ensuring drivers comply with traffic regulations and safety policies.
Coordinate with transportation service providers or manage the internal fleet, monitor fuel consumption and operational costs, and improve efficiency.
Resolve transportation-related operational issues promptly and implement occupational safety standards to reduce risks and accidents.
Prepare the support services budget, monitor expenses, develop clear policies and procedures for support services, improve service quality, and optimize operational costs.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and service quality.
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of housing and transportation services and prepare periodic reports to senior management on performance and challenges.
