Responsibilities:
• Process survey data for tenders or projects into grid models and other usable survey formats.
• Produce timely and accurate survey data drawings, cross-sections, and actual/theoretical volume calculations that meet project requirements.
• Prepare supporting documents for preliminary, weekly, interim, and final dredging and reclamation activities based on survey results.
• Prepare work designs based on the provided design information or construction drawings, and maintain updates of changes during project execution.
• Become familiar with all survey-related aspects and techniques, both office-based and project-based.
• Installation and troubleshooting of survey equipment, hardware, and software is considered an asset.
• Report and escalate critical project issues to the Head of Survey as needed.
• Work according to defined policies and procedures to ensure effective, efficient, and professional functioning of the survey division.
• Adhere to QA/HSE requirements and procedures.
• Work locations include the NMDC Base and NMDC project sites.
• Promote and ensure compliance with the organization's Health & Safety policies.

• This is a general overview of the job assigned to you — at times you may be asked to perform tasks beyond the scope of this role due to operational requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise data collection efforts.
• Process and analyze survey data to produce detailed maps and reports.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hydrography, Marine or Land Survey, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in related industries
• Preferably with experience in dredging and civil marine projects
