Surveyor

As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering world-class construction projects, Hassan Allam Construction is seeking a qualified Surveyor (Civil) to join our team.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction projects.

✔ Civil Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification.

✔ Strong experience in setting out, leveling, and site surveying activities.

✔ Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.

✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with site teams.

✔ Knowledge of as-built surveying and quantity verification is an advantage.

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all surveying and setting-out activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Establish and maintain control points and benchmarks.
• Verify site dimensions, levels, and coordinates to ensure construction accuracy.
• Prepare survey records, reports, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
