Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveyor located in New Cairo. The Surveyor will be responsible for surveying land and properties to determine precise boundaries and measurements. Tasks include preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports, researching legal records, and ensuring data is accurate. The Surveyor will also work closely with project managers and other team members to support development projects and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in land surveying techniques and equipment usage
• Experience in preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site
• Relevant certification or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Experience in real estate development is a plus
