About the Opportunity
A leading global Company is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to drive sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing initiatives across its operations and supply chain.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence environmental and social impact programs, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to ambitious sustainability targets related to climate action, regenerative agriculture, human rights, traceability, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of sustainability and ESG programs across operations and supply chains.
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with corporate objectives and global best practices.
- Manage environmental and social impact projects, including climate action, regenerative agriculture, carbon reduction, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Drive supplier engagement and sustainability performance improvement programs.
- Monitor sustainability KPIs and prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Support ESG reporting requirements and regulatory disclosures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial departments.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including customers, NGOs, industry associations, certification bodies, and government entities.
- Track emerging sustainability regulations and ensure compliance with relevant local and international standards.
- Promote sustainability awareness and capability building across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or ESG/Sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Sustainability, or related fields.
- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Agriculture, or Agribusiness sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, and responsible sourcing practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
