Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Job Summary:
The Sustainability Manager plays a critical role in advancing the company's sustainability initiatives and ensuring its commitment to responsible business practices. The role involves managing the company's ESG strategies, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive positive impact and uphold ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's ESG strategies in alignment with global sustainability goals and industry best practices.
- Monitor and assess ESG performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Lead the preparation and publication of ESG reports, ensuring accurate data collection and transparent communication of the company's sustainability performance.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, NGOs, and industry groups, to communicate the company's ESG initiatives and respond to inquiries.
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and emerging issues to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.
- Advise senior leadership on ESG matters, providing insights on potential risks and benefits related to sustainability practices.
- Drive employee awareness and engagement in ESG initiatives through training, communication, and fostering a culture of responsibility.
- Manage third-party ESG assessments, surveys, and ratings, and implement strategies to improve the company's ESG scores.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to represent the company's ESG efforts and learn from peers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or related roles. Big4 consulting experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing ESG initiatives, including strategy development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional certifications in sustainability or ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP) are a plus.
- In-depth understanding of ESG frameworks, guidelines, and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with sustainability best practices and trends within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental and social regulations and their impact on business operations.
