Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sustainability Specialist to support sustainability, ESG, environmental performance, and resource efficiency assignments for projects in Jazan, Saudi Arabia.
The role requires strong technical and analytical skills to support sustainability assessments, ESG reporting, carbon footprint analysis, environmental performance improvement, and preparation of client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sustainability strategies, frameworks, and action plans.
- Conduct sustainability assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking.
- Prepare ESG and sustainability reports, dashboards, presentations, and technical deliverables.
- Analyze data related to energy, water, waste, emissions, materials, and resource efficiency.
- Support carbon footprint calculations and decarbonization initiatives.
- Identify sustainability risks, opportunities, and improvement measures.
- Support integration of sustainability requirements into project planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with environmental, engineering, project management, and client teams.
- Support workshops, meetings, and client presentations.
- Maintain proper records, data sheets, assumptions, and working files.
- Support proposal preparation and technical methodologies when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Energy, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related field is an advantage.
- Sustainability-related certifications are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or consulting.
- Experience in sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, carbon footprinting, or environmental performance improvement.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, government, or large development projects is an advantage.

- English: Required, professional working proficiency.
- Arabic: Strong advantage.
Other Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time in Jazan.
- Willingness to attend meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
