Job Description
- Leadership of cross-functional strategic initiatives involving Product, Digital, Operations, Risk, Technology, Marketing, and Distribution teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Revenue generation through portfolio growth, increased product penetration, and optimization of customer profitability.
- Create and lead portfolio growth with a consequent increase in customer base whist changing the service model to digital channels to increase the overall profits of the business.
- Full management for all bank agents, third parties and strategic alliances that will support the bank achieve the FI plan.
- Closely work with all RBG team to deploy the latest product offering and technologies in the banking industry and align the service model with the digital strategy of the bank and to develop a simplified and unique proposition for different segments
- Monitor the performance versus the market, surpass competition via data analytics in all product and portfolio aspects to develop a proper product offering that address the need of the targeted segments.
- Guide business partners, technology and other functional groups to ensure we're driving toward our vision and have a tangible plan for executing on FI strategy.
- Review and approve pricing changes to ensure any gaps are closed and leverage opportunities to grow revenues whist applying treating customers fairly concept
- Identify cross selling opportunities, product bundling with increased penetration towards targeted segment for FI.
- Review research for consumer insights to enhance customer's experience.
- Work on a prioritized roadmap in support of the product capabilities, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis on product utilization and performance.
- Drive new FI acquisition, ensuring proper knowledge transfer on the product related features to all front liners.
