Swim Coach

This full-time role as a Swim Coach is based on-site at Al Khozama Hotel & Residences in Jeddah. The Swim Coach will be responsible for conducting swim lessons for individuals and groups, developing personalized training plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and overseeing aquatic activities. Additionally, the role includes promoting water safety, providing technical guidance on swimming techniques, and assisting with facility maintenance related to aquatic activities.

• Skills in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and teaching individuals or groups of various skill levels
• Proficiency in Swimming techniques and knowledge of aquatics sports
• Experience and certification in Lifeguarding, emphasizing water safety and first aid
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants effectively
• Relevant certifications in swim coaching, lifeguarding, or aquatics (highly preferred)
• Ability to work on-site and maintain a professional and positive demeanor
• Prior experience in hospitality or international environments
