Role Description: The Swim Coach role at Titan Pro Sports Academy is a full-time/part-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. In this role, the coach will plan and deliver structured swim lessons for children and adults at varying skill levels, focusing on technique, endurance, and water confidence. The Swim Coach will also monitor pool safety, enforce academy and facility rules, collaborate with other coaching staff, and support the academy's values of sportsmanship, discipline, and healthy living.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven swimming coaching experience or more.
• Previous experience as a Head Coach, Senior Swimming Coach, or equivalent leadership role is preferred.
• Experience working with swimming competitions, tournaments, and meets.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with children, teenagers, and adult swimmers.
• Valid swimming/coaching certifications and licences relevant to the position.
• A driving licence is preferred.
• Candidates must be professional, reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a multi-sport academy environment.
