Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Swim Coach role based in Doha, Qatar. The Swim Coach will lead swim instruction for individuals and groups, provide tailored lessons to meet varying needs, ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers, and assist professional training in competitive or recreational pathways. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the Vortex Academy on squad training and maintaining the highest standards in aquatic education and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and teaching swimming to individuals of different skill levels
• Strong skills and experience in Swimming and Aquatics, with a focus on technique, endurance, and performance improvement
• Certification or proven expertise in Lifeguarding to ensure safety and emergency readiness in aquatic environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with swimmers of all ages
• Internationally recognized swim coaching certifications are highly desirable
• First Aid and CPR certifications are required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting within a multicultural environment
• Previous experience in competitive swim coaching is an advantage
