About the Role: We are a premium private organization in Dubai seeking a highly skilled Swimming and Water Sports professional to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong athletic background and international coaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality swim coaching and training.
- Oversee water safety and provide lifeguard duties when required.
- Assist with water sports operations (Scuba/Diving activities).
- Maintain elite safety standards across pool and beach facilities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualifications: Must hold internationally recognized swimming qualifications (e.g., Swim England, ASA Level 2, STA, or equivalent European standards).
- Skills: Strong swimming ability is essential.
- Bonus Qualifications: Valid Lifeguard license (NPLQ/RLSS) or Diving certification (PADI/CMAS) is a major plus.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English.
