Job Description

Strong swimming ability excellent knowledge of swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), starts, turns, and techniques.
Teaching skills ability to explain movements clearly and correct swimmers mistakes.
Communication skills give instructions, encouragement, and feedback effectively.
Safety awareness knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures.
Patience and motivation help beginners, children, and advanced swimmers improve at their own pace.
Fitness and training knowledge understand conditioning, endurance, strength, and flexibility exercises.

Qualifications And Skills
