Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Indoor (Switch Plus-Apple products) team member at Al Safy Group, located in Cairo. The individual will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge. Daily tasks also include providing training and support to customers on product use when required and collaborating with the sales management team to improve sales processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
• Experience in providing Training and educating customers on product use
• Sales Management capabilities to support and contribute to improving processes and achieving team goals
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Cairo
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in retail or a sales-driven environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is advantageous
