Required Skills & Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in ITSM and ITAM implementations
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SymphonyAI ITAM and IAM
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in asset discovery tools and CMDB management
- Knowledge of integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Exposure to cloud and hybrid IT environments
- Experience with reporting and analytics
