Main Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements, propose system enhancements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and resilient system architectures aligned with IT objectives.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of existing systems, propose improvements, and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving IT needs.
- Demonstrate expertise across various technologies such as servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage systems, and database management systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of diverse systems and applications for optimized performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, access controls, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard system integrity and data confidentiality.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, protocols, and procedures to effectively handle and mitigate system security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and privacy laws, and implement necessary security measures to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with IT management to oversee projects related to the planning, implementation,
and enhancement of system infrastructure.
- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and oversee project progress while adhering to quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in system and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in system administration, network protocols, cloud technologies, and security systems.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet) are preferred.
- Certifications (e.g., Cloud, Security, Virtualization, Backup) are preferred.
