Job Summary
System Administrator with solid experience in IT support, server administration, networking, and office infrastructure. Skilled in managing Windows environments, virtualization platforms, hosting systems, and providing cross-platform support (Windows & macOS) to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support (Level 1 & 2) for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, including user profiles and applications.
- Manage office IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and AV/meeting room systems.
- Provide on-site and remote user support.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks
- Administer Windows Server services (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Deploy and maintain virtual machines using Microsoft Hyper-V
- Support mail server troubleshooting (logs, ports, SSL issues)
- Maintain hosting environments via cPanel / WHM.
- Perform system updates, patching, and security hardening
- Monitor server health, disk usage, and security
- Troubleshoot mail server issues (SMTP, IMAP, spam filtering)
- Perform regular backups, restoration testing, and disaster recovery preparation
- Perform system updates and security checks
- Assist in network setup and troubleshooting (Routers, Switches, IP addressing, connectivity issues)
- Maintain and track IT assets inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories)
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
