Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator at Three Chefs located in El Obour. The System Administrator will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications, Red hat
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Experience in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Skills in server and database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and firewalls.
- Experience in backup and data recovery systems.
- Experience in SAP support.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
