System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRSs, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users throughout the SDLC.
• Support API and third-party system integrations.
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ Yrs of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering enterprise web applications and working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Visio.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HR systems, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
