We are Looking For a Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in software development projects (Web & Mobile Applications). The role involves analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable technical solutions, and acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality system delivery aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Oversee end-to-end analysis and delivery of software development projects
- Prepare and maintain key documentation including:
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
- Design workflows, process flows, and system diagrams
- Participate in solution design and system architecture discussions
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support testing phases
- Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
- Improve existing systems and optimize business processes
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in System Analysis or Software Projects
Experience working on enterprise-level software systems
Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of system analysis and requirement engineering
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Experience with API integrations and system workflows
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
