What You'll Do:
Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Design effective IT solutions that support business objectives
Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams
Assist with system implementation, integration, and upgrades
Prepare technical reports and user documentation
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support as needed

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in requirements gathering and process mapping
Solid communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience working with enterprise-level systems is preferred
