Job Summary
The System Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, supporting Agile development processes, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and development teams. The role requires expertise in software development documentation, system analysis, and Agile methodologies.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Fluency in Arabic & English (Speaking).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
- Strong understanding of business information systems.
- Scrum Master certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development process.
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
- Familiarity with programming languages like .NET and Java.
- Any programming skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Scrum Master, Agile, or system analysis would be an advantage.
