Role Overview
You will play a key role in implementation, support, and optimization of EHR/HIS systems, ensuring seamless healthcare operations and exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Hospital Information Systems (HIS) / Electronic Health Records (EHR) applications and resolve user issues within SLA
- Participate in system implementation, testing, and go-live support
- Handle defect tracking, patch testing, and release validation
- Conduct end-user training and support knowledge transfer
- Work closely with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage change requests, workflows, and system configurations
- Ensure smooth functioning of modules like RCM, PAS, Billing, Insurance, eClaims, Pharmacy, OP/IP
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience in ICT Hospital Systems / Healthcare IT
- Strong experience in EHR / HIS (preferably InterSystems)
- Hands-on with RCM & Clinical modules (Registration, Billing, Claims, etc.)
- Knowledge of SDLC & STLC processes
- Experience in application testing, troubleshooting & vendor coordination
- Basic exposure to SQL / Oracle / databases (preferred)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Education & Certifications
- Degree/Diploma in IT / ICT / Computer Science
- Certifications like ITIL / CPHIMS (preferred)
