We are looking for a System Consultant who will play a pivotal role in showcasing our HR solutions to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, leveraging your expertise to deliver compelling product demonstrations. Your in-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems will be instrumental in understanding client needs and tailoring presentations to highlight the value of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our HR solutions to prospective clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and requirements, providing insights on how our solutions can address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, answering technical queries, and ensuring a seamless transition from demo to sales negotiation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and updates, maintaining a deep understanding of our HR tools to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Provide guidance on system customization options, ensuring alignment with client expectations and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on HR software solutions is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with the sales team.
