Job Summary:
We are looking for a System Engineer with 13 years of experience, fluent in German and English, to join our growing technical delivery team. In this role, you will be involved in the implementation, support, and optimization of contact center and CX solutions for our German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of contact center platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Cisco, Genesys)
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, including IVR flows, call routing, reporting, and integrations
- Monitor and maintain system performance and availability
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide L2/L3 support for customer environments
- Participate in client meetings, provide technical input, and support project implementation
- Document configurations, procedures, and client environments
- Collaborate with international teams and communicate effectively with German-speaking customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 13 years of experience in system engineering, technical support, or solution implementation
- Basic knowledge of networking, VoIP, and system administration (Linux/Windows)
- Exposure to contact center technologies (Sprinklr, Cisco, Genesys) is a strong plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and English (professional working proficiency)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a dynamic environment
