Candidate Requirements
Education: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience specifically in electro-mechanical projects.
Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Key Competencies: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and people management skills.
Proactive self-starter and effective problem solver.
Comfortable working within a multi-cultural environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the operational integrity and maintenance of advanced agricultural technology systems.
System Operation & Supervision
Operate and supervise CleanGreens Aeroponics systems.
Supervise the installation and testing of CleanGreens systems.
Provide technical input and detailed drawings for current and future projects across Kuwait and the GCC.
Maintenance & Technical Support
Contribute to the maintenance of all greenhouse Electro-Mechanical systems.
Plan and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both preventive and routine maintenance.
Ensure all maintenance functions, repair techniques, and technical manuals are thoroughly documented.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Order and supervise the stock of spare parts and consumables.
Manage inventory efficiently to ensure proper, uninterrupted operations year-round.
