System Engineer / Senior System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers in delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Perform system deployment, configuration, database setup, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Configure network devices, perform IP addressing, network connectivity checks, and basic switch configuration.
• Install, test, debug, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.
• Support system integration, testing (UAT/FAT/SAT), staging, and production deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for tender submissions where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in system deployment, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server, networking, and database administration.
• Experience with database setup, backup, recovery, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, MFA/2FA, Patch Management, MDM, Antivirus, or other enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, VAPT, software development, physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control), or high availability technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
