System Engineer

Job Description :

• Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments.
• Administer and maintain ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
• Configure and manage HA, DRS, and vSAN clusters.
• Perform performance analysis and optimization for ESXi hosts and virtual machines (CPU, Memory, and I/O utilization).
• Implement and configure VMware networking (Standard Switches and vSphere Distributed Switches VDS).
• Upgrade ESXi hosts and vCenter environments.
• Perform virtual machine migrations across different VMware environments.
• Support server and storage infrastructure across various vendors (HPE, Dell, Huawei).
• Assist in deploying and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as VMware Horizon or Citrix (preferred).

Job Requirements (JR)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in VMware administration and hardware infrastructure.
• Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Experience in HA, DRS, and vSAN configurations.
• Experience in VMware networking (Standard & Distributed Switches).
• Experience in VMware upgrades and VM migrations.
• Preferred to have good Knowledge in enterprise servers and storage systems (HPE, Dell, Huawei, or similar vendors).
• Preferred to have Experience with VDI solutions (VMware Horizon or Citrix) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
