We are seeking a skilled and experienced System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with server administration, networking, and wireless technologies, particularly Huawei Wi-Fi solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Manage and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware (ESXi, vCenter)
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Huawei wireless (WiFi) solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Implement and maintain network security policies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in system and network administration
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies
- Experience with Huawei WiFi solutions and wireless network management
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Certifications such as:
- VMware (VCP)
- Huawei (HCIA / HCIP / HCIE)
- Cisco (CCNA / CCNP)
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Experience in cybersecurity is an added advantage
