System Planning Manager (SD-WAN)

Responsibilities

. Responsible in design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.

. Perform new technologies market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept.

. Support Proof-of-Value to customer.

. Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.

. Responsible in service product lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, releases, upgrades).

. Responsible in new feature development and platform enhancements.

. Responsible in technical planning, network/security engineering, and project management/coordination.

. Responsible in defining Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work.

. Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.

Requirements

. Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

. 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.

. CCNP or equivalent.

. Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, and network/security concepts.

. Basic knowledge in Linux, virtualisation, and cloud platforms.

. Good writing and communications skills.
