Responsible for providing technical support for Security system.
Day-to-day activities in maintenance for various types of security system equipment and accessories in-line with KPIs.
Must adopt appropriate changes in the system configuration to fulfil the operational need.
Maintain documentation on hardware/software details and responsible for Add or remove devices/equipment's.
Respond requests and telephone calls for technical assistance and provide solutions for technical inquiries on day-to-day user operational support.
Minimize systems downtime and maintain up-to-date backup to enhance the availability and reliability of system operation.
Providing information to supervisors and co-workers in the written form.
Provide daily, weekly & monthly report to Senior Management on the movement of all on-going issues.
Maintain records on all incidents, log of all technical faults identified and rectified, provide faults report and escalate to second level / third level vendor support.
Monthly summary reports related to maintenance of security systems.
Required Criteria:
High school Certificate or equivalent
2+ experience in similar role
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures/Basic troubleshooting skills
Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable working in different environments (indoor/outdoor, height, shift-based work).
