Job Description

Role Overview

The System Support Engineer is responsible for configuring the Corporater software, supporting customers with their configurations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and market support activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuring the Corporater software.
  • Learning the Corporater software current and new versions.
  • Learning and developing the Corporater delivery practices.
  • Supporting customers with their configurations.
  • Working with project managers / lead consultants to estimate, formulate plans, and track progress against plans.
  • Supporting sales staff and partner management staff in go-to-market activities.
  • Working with product staff to develop new product context demos and stock configurations.

Skills :

  • Experience in configuration of a COTS product such as Oracle or SAP is ideal.
  • Logical thinker able to work with algebraic formulas.
  • Understands data types, structures, and formats.
  • Understanding of SQL Server queries, DTS (big advantage / nice to have).
  • Understanding of Oracle SQL principally SQL and PL/SQL (nice to have).
  • Has an eye for user interface design.
  • Experience working in a software product company, in a regional office.
  • Thrives in an empowered role.
  • Accurate in personal administration.
  • Business Analysis & Systems Analysis experience is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree education Business & Technology is ideal.
  • EPM on SAP, Oracle, or Archer is a big advantage.
  • SQL Server and Oracle DB knowledge are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Business process certifications in Balanced Scorecard, Project Management, IT Governance (ITIL, COBIT) are highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience .
