Systems Engineer
Job Scope
The Systems Engineer is accountable to build, maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, migrate and support the IT platforms and systems
- Test operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Implement new infrastructure projects, establish networking rules and troubleshooting network errors and other issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess, design and/or upgrade systems determining issues and room for improvements
- Assist in the planning and implementation of system automations for optimization and efficiency
- Assist in the development of customized software and hardware requirements
- Work with end users and provide IT support when required
- Monitor the security system in place to maintain data safety
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Must have experience in solution design, covering both pre-sales and post-sales activities, with no implementation experience required. The ideal profile should have strong specialization in Dell technologies
