Systems Engineer L2

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer – L2 to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, patching, and disaster recovery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, including security, performance, patching, and hardening.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, users, groups, OUs, and service accounts.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange, including mailboxes, mail flow, connectors, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Manage enterprise patching and software deployment using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, roles, applications, and access controls.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, RTO/RPO, and DR testing.
• Handle L2 incidents, problem management, RCA, and approved infrastructure changes.
• Monitor system capacity and performance across Windows, Exchange, VMware, storage, and backup environments.
• Coordinate with Microsoft, ManageEngine, and other vendors for technical issues and licensing.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, reports, compliance evidence, and configuration records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Windows/System Administration or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and enterprise patch management.
• Knowledge of VMware, backup/DR, security, and ITSM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, documentation, and incident management skills.
