Job Description

Our client is an international corporate entity with offices in Bangkok, Dubai, and Malta, established to manage diverse operational functions. With a strong focus on iGaming domain, it also provides strategic advisory services in business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.

  • Reports to: HR Lead/ HR Manager
  • Location: Dubai - Onsite presence is required; candidates who are already based in Dubai are highly preferred.
  • Salary range: Up to 8 - 10k AED monthly
  • Current or prior experience with iGaming companies is highly desired.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with external headhunter partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with external headhunters and recruitment agencies to ensure timely and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HR system.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment planning, role descriptions, and market insights.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities and new recruitment requirements in a fast-moving environment.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to external agency collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruiting across multiple markets
  • Knowledge of the local job market and compensation trends.
