Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with external headhunter partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with external headhunters and recruitment agencies to ensure timely and high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HR system.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment planning, role descriptions, and market insights.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities and new recruitment requirements in a fast-moving environment.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to external agency collaboration.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting across multiple markets
- Knowledge of the local job market and compensation trends.
