Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | People and Organization

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for providing expert-level services to achieve strategic business objectives within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. This role is crucial for attracting a diverse and qualified talent pool to the organization. The specialist will ensure alignment and consistency with business needs, promoting a unified approach to talent acquisition across all areas.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions and head office roles across the organization, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high- volume positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HC Business Partners (HCBP) to meet Emiratization targets, aligning recruitment activities with company strategy and group-level goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the selection of candidates whose compensation expectations align with the company's salary framework, ensuring internal equity is upheld.
  • Assess candidates qualifications, experience, and potential for growth, selecting top talent to meet the organization's needs.
  • Support business objectives by conducting and providing market research and salary benchmarking surveys to inform competitive compensation practices.
  • Establish and maintain cordial relationships across the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business hiring managers to ensure business continuity and an efficient recruitment process

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisitions role.
  • Retail experience is a preferable.
  • Reigional Experince is a preferable.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
