Job Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service position, located in Sharjah. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling processing payments, issuing receipts, refunds, credits, and change. They will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving customer complaints, and answering customer inquiries about products and services. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, reconciling cash drawer, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with a cash register
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Immediate Joiner Preffered.
