Role Description The Tagalog Speaking Financial Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role supports daily financial operations, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounting and finance tasks. The Financial Assistant will review transaction data, reconcile accounts, and help prepare financial reports in coordination with the finance team. The individual will communicate with internal teams and external partners, including Tagalog-speaking stakeholders, to clarify payment details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely financial processing. The role also involves monitoring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to the improvement of financial workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience handling day-to-day financial operations
• Proficiency in Invoicing processes and related documentation
• Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial decision-making
• Effective Communication skills, including professional fluency in Tagalog and English
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical and transactional data
• Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural team environment
• Prior experience in payments, fintech, or related financial services is an advantage
• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
