Responsibilities
H Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Ensure a perfect fit: Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments to team member uniforms and guest garments with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain quality standards: Inspect garments to ensure excellent craftsmanship, proper fit, and a professional appearance that reflects our brand standards.
Manage the tailoring area: Keep sewing machines, tools, and the tailoring workspace clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain stock levels of fabrics, threads, sewing materials, and tailoring supplies.
Delight our guests and team members: Respond promptly and courteously to tailoring requests, ensuring timely service and exceptional quality for both guests and colleagues.
