Job Description

The Company is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Admin on a temporary basis to strengthen its Human Resources function. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting and placing qualified talent across the organisation, whilst ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment experience that aligns with corporate values and UAE employment requirements.


Functional Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks and recruitment agencie
  • sConduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fi
  • tLiaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies and timeline
  • sManage recruitment campaigns and job postings across digital platform
  • sCoordinate background verification, reference checks and employment documentation in compliance with UAE labour regulation
  • sSupport candidate onboarding and ensure a positive first experience with the organisatio
  • nTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion and time-to-hir
  • eMaintain accurate and confidential recruitment records within HRIS system

Qualification

  • s Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experien
  • ceProven experience of at least 2–3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR support ro
  • leDemonstrated knowledge of UAE labour law, visa sponsorship requirements and local recruitment practic
