My client is a leading employer in the Kingdom and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management Manager for a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience leading end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce management activities, including recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, interview management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning, competency-based hiring, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational hiring objectives and governance standards.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR systems, recruitment platforms, and HR analytics/reporting tools.
- Skilled in managing multiple hiring requirements within dynamic enterprise environments while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or Talent Management credentials are preferred.
