Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to lead recruitment efforts for our education business while acting as a strategic HR partner to support organizational growth. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition, strengthening employee engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires, and proactively partnering with business leaders to identify people-related solutions that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for education-related positions including teaching staff, academic leadership, support functions, and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manpower planning, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, offer management, and hiring documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Business Partnering

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for assigned business units, particularly the education team.
  • Partner with managers to understand business challenges and recommend effective people solutions.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, retention, and team effectiveness.
  • Support managers in addressing employee relations and performance-related matters.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement feedback, employee concerns, and turnover trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create action plans that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Support the execution of employee events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of all new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions, induction plans, and cross-functional introductions.
  • Monitor new hire progress during probation and support successful cultural integration.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure new employees are effectively transitioned into their roles.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyze recruitment and HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance hiring quality, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to recruitment, engagement, onboarding, and retention metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
  • Previous experience in education sector recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, interviewing methodologies, and employer branding.
  • Experience in employee engagement and onboarding programs.
