We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Qesm El Maadi. The Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's evolving needs. This includes managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, developing sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline and analyzing recruitment metrics to refine and enhance processes.

• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing Techniques
• Experience with Recruitment Tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Talent Acquisition Platforms
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and the ability to design engaging recruitment campaigns
• Data-Driven Decision-Making Skills and Proficiency in Analyzing Recruitment Metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Experience in the education or language training sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage
