About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager(Saudi National Talent) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Have knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law, organizational planning, talent management and talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Have 5 years+ of human resources experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
  • Exhibit outstanding inter-personal, communication, and presentation skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels to drive successful relationships.
