Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Experience & Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

HR & Administrative Support:

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • Must have no working experience for last 6 month
