Get to Know the Role
As part of the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, you will partner with Hiring Managers, employees, universities and external stakeholders to strengthen how HOYA Electronics attracts, engages and connects with talent. You will contribute across the talent journey, from supporting recruitment priorities to shaping the content, platforms and experiences that bring our employer brand to life. You will take ownership of key workstreams such as the career site, newsletters and townhalls while collaborating with the wider team to achieve shared goals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about telling our story, creating experiences that make people feel connected to us and helping the right talent see why we could be the right place for them.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities for Singapore alongside the Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and candidate engagement.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, coordinate recruitment activities and contribute to positive hiring outcomes.
- Attract relevant talent by developing targeted outreach, recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives across digital, university and industry channels.
- Lead the coordination, launch and ongoing enhancement of the company's career site, ensuring content is aligned with the HOYA Electronics employer brand.
- Manage the development and delivery of employer branding communications, including newsletters, townhall materials and employee stories.
- Lead the planning and management of employer branding and talent engagement programmes, including early careers initiatives, university partnerships, engineering competitions, career fairs, industry roadshows and SEMICON Workforce Development activities.
- Develop recruitment marketing content across social media(LinkedIn & Instagram), email campaigns, recruitment collateral and digital platforms to strengthen employer brand awareness and talent engagement.
Other Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organisations, industry partners, tradeshow organisers and external vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain employer branding assets, communication toolkits, templates and campaign materials to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track recruitment, career site, communication and employer branding metrics, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in process improvement, digitalisation and other Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Corporate Communications or a related field.
- Experience supporting recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and candidate engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing content for newsletters, social media or digital platforms.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting employer branding campaigns, career fairs and university engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across communications, branding materials and candidate touchpoints.
- Collaborative, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take ownership of assigned workstreams while working effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with content management systems, career sites or social media tools would be advantageous.
Travel Requirement
- Occasional regional travel (1-2 times per year, may be required to support university engagement, career fairs, industry events and employer branding activities.)
