Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, engaging in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and handling specialized recruitment for IT-related roles. The individual will act as a bridge between the company and potential candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment effortlessly
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with both candidates and internal teams
• Experience in Employer Branding to promote Beevoo as an attractive workplace
• Basic knowledge or experience in IT Recruitment to address technical hiring needs
• Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and meet deadlines
• Understanding of local Dubai labor laws and best HR practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
