Talent Acquisition Executive (EUR MNC, Manufacturing)

Our client, a European Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing industry, are currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire talent across a diverse range of business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Support recruitment across a variety of functions, including both corporate and business operations roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to support employee retention initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience..
• Experience supporting hiring within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or semiconductor environment will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
